戀の御歌の中に From the love poems of the Empress.

よそなりし其夜に人は歸れども身は改めぬ物をこそ思へ We’re strangers again,

and now my lover’s gone back

to before we met,

while I’m here stuck with the same

thoughts of him, thoughts of our time.
